Among the projects are International Emmy Awards shows; assorted Ford's Theatre annual productions; Johnny Cash country music specials (1970s-1980s); assorted circus related productions such as Great Circuses of the World (1989); and the award winning specials Annie, the Women in the Life of a Man (1970) and 'S Wonderful, 'S Marvelous, 'S Gershwin (1972).

  • The collection consists of production records related to the career of prolific television producer and director Dan Curtis and his production company, Dan Curtis Productions. Included are scripts, production information, press clippings, photographs, audio reels, business records, and other documents pertaining to assorted produced and unproduced television and motion picture projects. Among the numerous projects are the daytime television soap opera Dark Shadows, the television miniseries Winds of War and War and Remembrance, and the motion picture House of Dark Shadows.

Drake, William Papers, 1915-1946, (bulk 1930-1946). (Collection No. 289).

  • William Drake was an assistant editor for Vanity Fair magazine in New York and a screenwriter in Hollywood. The collection consists of a mixture of writings that appear to be playscripts, screenplays, preliminary and suggested outlines for stage and screen projects, assorted stories, synopses, and essays written, adapted, translated by or possibly submitted to Drake. There are writings for projects such as Brown Derby, One More Spring, Sherlock Holmes, and a project titled Ready to Wear, adapted from the story by Claudia Cranston.
