Community college students who participate in the Transfer Alliance Program (TAP) with UCLA are eligible for a free library card, which is valid only in College Library and has an annual September 30 expiration date. Holders can have five items checked out at one time, can renew items once, and cannot recall items or place interlibrary loan requests.
