Access-Only Cards

An access-only card is required for the use of some UCLA Library facilities and services. This card is issued free of charge to individuals over the age of eighteen with current, government-issued photo identification.  It does not entitle the bearer to borrowing privileges.

Access to some facilities and resources may be restricted. For example, access-only cardholders cannot use College Library reserves and may be asked to give up seats during busy times in the Research Library's Microform and Media Service.

Access-only cards can be obtained at the circulation desks in the Arts, Louise M. Darling Biomedical, Hugh and Hazel Darling Law, Eugene and Maxine Rosenfeld Management, Charles E. Young Research, and Science and Engineering/Engineering and Mathematical Sciences libraries.
