Payment

Individuals must pay by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover); companies and institutions can be billed.

Delivery

Journal articles, conference papers, and book chapters requested through Document Delivery are delivered via the Web, as follows:

• Pages are scanned, converted into Acrobat PDF format, and stored on a secure library server.
• You are notified by email when your document is available.
• Open the URL provided in the body of the email to read or print the document.

Acrobat version 4.0 or higher is required to view documents.

Pick Up, U.S. Mail, Express Delivery, or Fax

Photocopied materials can also be held for pick up at the library with which you placed your order at no additional charge. In addition, materials can be faxed or sent through the U.S. mail or an express delivery service; additional fees may apply to these options, as noted on the individual library price lists.

Rush Service

Rush service is available for an additional fee at all libraries offering document delivery services.
