Library Prize for Undergraduate Research

This new prize honors the best research produced by UCLA undergraduate students. It encourages undergraduates to:

  • Reflect on the research process in pursuit of excellence in their academic course work
  • Recognize the significance of finding, locating, evaluating and synthesizing information as it relates to academic learning, and
  • Demonstrate a sophisticated use, appreciation, and understanding of the collections of the UCLA Library

Application Deadline

The Library Prize is awarded each Spring Quarter. Exact date to be announced.

Prize Amounts

Two awards will be given: first place receives an award of $750, and honorable mention receives an award of $300.
