The collection also contains selected departmental histories, course catalogs, yearbooks, commencement programs, student directories, and other materials.
All other primary source materials, indicated by a record series number, are stored off-site and must be paged by University Archives staff; users can then consult them in the reading room. A list of record series is available online. When requesting material, provide the record series name and number and the box numbers. Materials requested before 10 a.m. are generally available the same day after 3 p.m.; requests made after 10 a.m. will be available for use the next business day after 3 p.m.
