To locate a reserve item, go to the UCLA Library Catalog Course Reserves tab and search for a course by instructor, course name, or department. Online access is provided whenever possible; for print or physical reserve items such as books, articles, or compact discs, take the call number to the circulation desk of the College Library. If online listening is available for a course, it will be linked with other assignments and also from the Music Library Web site. Online listening assignments are available only for the duration of the course for which they are intended, and access is limited to students enrolled in the class. Print or physical reserve materials normally circulate for two hours, subject to other restrictions requested by the instructor. Fines imposed for overdue reserve items range from $5 to $30. Music Library reserve materials must be returned to the College Library circulation desk; do not return them to another UCLA library.
