Group Study Rooms
Study Rooms are available for use by UCLA students, faculty and staff only. Rooms must be occupied by at least two people.
To reserve a room:
- Users must show their current UCLA BruinCard for reservation & check-out in the CLICC Lab in Powell 145.

- Reservations require recording the user's nine digit University ID number in the reserved time slots.
Please note the following:
- No phone reservations; all reservations must be made in person in the CLICC Lab in Powell 145.
- 2 hour maximum on use per reservation.
- Rooms will be available, if not checked-out 15 minutes after time reserved.
- Renewal for additional time is permitted, if the room has no pending reservation.
- All College Library Building Use Policies apply.
- Rooms A, D-F are same-day reservation only.
- Rooms B-C may be reserved one week in advance of intended use.
