Borrowing

The Arts Library follows the general UCLA Library Borrowing policy with respect to loan periods and borrowing privileges. Ask at any library circulation desk for more detailed information. Those who do not have a library card but wish to consult restricted or SRLF material in the Arts Library may be issued Access-only Cards at the Arts Library circulation desk upon presentation of a valid picture I.D.. People who wish to purchase a library card for borrowing purposes may obtain cards only at the Biomedical Library, the College Library, and the Young Research Library. (The Young Research Library is the only library which accepts cash). Many circulation functions, such as holds, renewals, requests from SRLF, etc. can be performed by the user. For an explanation of how to perform these functions see: Services.
