UCLA Library Participates in National Service Quality Survey

During Spring Quarter 2005 the UCLA Library will again participate in LibQUAL+, a national project to measure service quality in libraries.

This project will enable the Library to identify areas in which users feel that services need improvement to better meet their research and instructional objectives. A random sample of UCLA faculty, staff, and students will receive an email message during the early part of the spring quarter asking them to complete a Web-based survey. The results will then be analyzed and a report issued that identifies areas for improvement.

The Library first participated in LibQUAL+ in Spring 2002; this follow-up will assess whether concerns expressed then have been addressed and what areas still need attention. Information from that previous administration, including the final report .
