Thank You to All Donors for Helping the Library Surpass its Goal!
Last year the Library was engaged in the Lawrence Clark Powell Centennial Drive. The goal was to raise $250,000 to support the Library’s greatest needs. Thanks to many generous donors, the drive exceeded its goal and raised $357,743.
Unrestricted Library Associates gifts help the Library enhance users' experiences by building collections, expanding public services, teaching library skills, and supporting other high-priority needs. Thank you for being a partner in ensuring the Library’s continued success at the center of the scholarly enterprise.
Powell’s legacy combined with donors' generosity has made the UCLA Library one of the top ten academic research libraries in North America, as well as part of the bedrock that support all aspects of the university’s mission of teaching, research, and public service.
